Αυτή την στιγμή το ανεκτέλεστο του είναι πάνω από 915 εκ € , κεφαλαιοποίηση στα 242 εκ €, με 10 τουλάχιστον ηχηρά projects από τα 19 που 'τρέχει' , όπως το Skyline (χαρτοφυλάκιο 573 ακινήτων με την Alpha Bank και την Premia), Nέα Δικαστήρια Πειραιά, ακίνητο ΤΕΕ στο Δαχτυλίδι, Piraeus Tower, εργοστάσιο της Softex στον Ελαιώνα, logistics στο Μεγάλο Πεύκο, Δράμα και Καβάλα, Hub 26 στην Θεσσαλονίκη, οικιστικό συγκρότημα στην Φιλοθέη, ΜΙΝΙΟΝ στην Ομόνοια , κτίριο ΕΕΔΕ στα Πατήσια, κτίριο PwC στο Μαρούσι .
To άξιο ενδιαφέροντος είναι ότι δεν είναι κρατικοδίαιτος , δεν έχει μπει στα Δημόσια έργα και προσφέρει κάτι καινούργιο σαν concept (Πύργος Πειραιά, ΜΙΝΙΟΝ), που δεν τα προσέγγιζε κανένας από τους μεγάλους και δεν είναι τυχαία η συνεργασία του με τον Ελληνοσουηδό Hλία Γεωργιάδη της Premia, που και αυτός δεν είναι τυχαίος 'παίκτης' και ψάχνει 'κουμπωμένες' δουλειές.
