RE/MAX Elite was created in 2003 by civil engineers Pavlos Avdelas and Stratis Lazouras, in order to expand the activities of their technical Company Ermon Ltd. in the field of counseling and brokerage in real estate.

The reason of the collaboration to an international leader in real estate, such as RE/MAX was a necessary move given the brand awareness and its unique expertise.

Since 2003 RE/MAX Elite began staffed with real estate consultants , who were educated - first by the RE/MAX Greece - and then by the office broker Pavlos Avdelas.
